Plans have been approved to build a new house on a residential street in Cumnock.
An application submitted by JKM Consultancy on behalf of applicant Ms Smith, sought permission for a new home on land on Richmond Terrace.
Similar plans were submitted to East Ayrshire Council bank in June, but updated documents were handed in in September.
It was advised that the applicant had withdrawn the original plans and resubmitted them with existing and proposed levels.
A new council report on the handling of the application states: "The proposal aims to erect a two-storey detached dwelling house with car parking to the front and a rear garden.
"The dwelling will have a porch with entrance door to the front elevation.
"The erection of the dwelling will involve some alterations to the existing land levels in order to level the site to allow for construction."

The new home would be placed behind the homes that currently face onto Barrhill Road.
The report adds: "Richmond Terrace is predominantly used for access to the rear of properties on Barrhill Road.
"There is little frontage development. Open space now occupies the south side of the street which was previously occupied by flatted properties."
Councillors approved the application, with the standard condition that work must begin with three years.
