Cumnock Juniors FC held its socially distanced Annual General Meeting last Sunday (September 13) which was another lively affair with many issues covered.

Unsurprisingly, the coronavirus pandemic featured prominently in discussions which took place.

It was a relief for members to listen to manager Tony McInally reflecting on a comfortable friendly victory over Lugar Boswell.

He also discussed the progress being made by the club as, hopefully, a new season beckons.

Being a new season, the Nock is again running a Fixed Odds League.

The club has 130 entries chasing the £800 first prize in its third competition.

Robbie King currently leads the pack after the first weekend with a return of £14.58 but as there’s a long 36 weeks still to go, anything could happen.

Cumnock Juniors FC wishes the best of luck to all their competitors taking part.
